EWPS-Palettes

MER-AL is proud to be one of the rare companies certified by the German Automobile Association (VDA) for the Production of EWPS-Palettes (European Wheel Palett System)

EWPS-Palettes are produced in 3 different sizes according to the wheels inches.

EWPS-2, EWPS-3 and EWPS-4 Base Part and Top Frame, determined by VDA, are produced with new technical robot welding machines. With the electrostatic powder paint oven, the pallets are painted according to VDA standard. Thus, we are fully equipped to meet all demands on time. Our Quality Control Department provides the necessary periodic controls of our robots and powder painting oven, thus not compromising quality.

MER-AL is an authorized manufacturer and supplier of base pallets and top frames for the sizes 2, 3 and 4 in accordance with VDA 4503.
